When I hit my depressed state I do not want to get out of bed and i cry almost the whole time. When the depressive side of depression and crazy sets in, just be supportive and caring.
When it comes to personal development you may find it beneficial to fast. This is important because only when you learn the limits of your mind and body can you learn to expand on them and further develop yourself. Be sure that you only fast to a healthy extent and do not deny yourself nutrients.
